If you are traveling on a tight budget, or are touring Bangkok on a longer than the usual 3-4 days, you might be interested to stay in an airbnb condo apartment as it’s usually cheaper than staying in a hotel.

The airbnb site lists several vacation apartments for short or long term rent, and there’re a few condo apartments located within Platinum Fashion Mall building which are being offered by one host.

Per night stay cost anything between USD 69 to USD 130 depending on the unit you chose. If you are planning to stay for a month or more, it makes sense to rent vacation apartments like these instead of staying in run-down inns or costly hotel rooms which are usually small and do not offer full kitchen amenities. Rates for monthly rental is just USD 1300 compared to the USD3000 or more you would be expected to pay to stay in a decent 4 star hotel (e.g. Novotel Platinum Mall Hotel which is at the same location).

    Just completed stay with Madam Gift. Good deal with airbnb as they offer discount codes for booking using credit cards. If you are booking her apartments, do search for airbnb promo codes to get further discounts. Will certainly stay with her again as it super convenient to shop at Platinum.

    Stayed here before. Gift is excellent host. Great if you want to stay near Platinum Fashion Mall and other shopping malls in Pratunam.

    Hi, the apartments look good.
    Didnt know there’s a condo above platinum mall… would love to stay in one of them to save up on the exorbitant hotel fees charges by hotels around here!
